Yes, according to 'the industry', demand is threatening supply levels, and we're dangerously close to running out of bottles of bubbly, despite the 100 million bottles being held in cellars by the champagne makers for 'later'.
If we're going to have to suffer through a shortage of the bubbly stuff, it's probably good timing, since there also seems to be a shortage of things to celebrate. Seems to work out pretty well in that regard.

I don't really think I like champagne, but its just one of those drinks I cant help but say yes to! Pink champagne however, diff matter. I love it...if just for the colour!
Champagne is my absolute favourite drink. Bollinger is the best.
It's Veuve here at our house. But,alas, not lately.
Veuve is nice. Haven't had that in a while. Moet is rubbish. I hope you're ok M x
Thanks. Dealing with some difficult times but plowing through it. Hopefully there will be reason one of these days to pop a bottle of Veuve, but for now, no.
